Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

While we strive to meet these timeframes, please understand that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Carrier disruptions or unforeseen logistical issues

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


3. Shipping Method & Origin

As we operate under a dropshipping fulfillment model, all orders are shipped directly from our international supplier.

  • Orders are dispatched from our supplier warehouse in China.

  • Depending on your country of residence, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

The total shipping cost will always be displayed before completing your purchase.


5. Responsibility and Delivery Confirmation

Once a package has been marked as delivered according to the tracking information, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers must carefully verify their shipping address before completing the order.

If an address correction is required, it must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed due to automated order processing.
