At Emma & David London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy clearly outlines the conditions and procedures for returns.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after you have physically received the product.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.

  • Items may be tried on for fit, but may not be worn beyond fitting purposes.

  • Ordering multiple sizes or variations of the same product with the intention of partially returning items is not permitted and may result in refusal of the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing contact.emmadavidlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.

  3. You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or international shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).

As we operate under a dropshipping fulfillment model, returned items may need to be shipped to our international supplier warehouse. Delivery times may therefore vary.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has:

  • Arrived at the designated return address, and

  • Been inspected and approved for compliance with our return conditions,

We will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Any customs fees, duties, or additional shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments. If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the return will be considered received.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications due to automated processing.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
